EchoZero is not available everywhere. This page covers where you can use it and the basic rules for having an account.
Where is EchoZero not available?
EchoZero is not currently available in:
- United States
- United Kingdom
- Ontario, Canada
- Sanctioned territories
This page is updated as regions open.
How do restrictions work?
- Availability is based on your location. Using a VPN to get around restrictions is not permitted.
- In sanctioned territories the platform is fully unavailable.
- In other restricted regions, some features may be unavailable rather than the whole app. Some agent types, for example agents that trade leveraged products, may be restricted in additional regions. If an agent is unavailable where you are, it is not offered to you.
- The same restrictions apply however you access EchoZero.
If you try to sign up from a restricted region, you see “Account creation is unavailable in your region.” If you try to trade, you see “Trading is unavailable in your region. You can still withdraw funds and export your private key.”
Who can have an account?
- You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
- One account per person.
- Your account is subject to the Terms of Service at echozero.app/terms.
Trading crypto involves substantial risk, including leveraged products where losses can be rapid. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose. Agent track records are real and on-chain, but past performance does not guarantee future results.
What if I travel or move?
Access follows your current location. If you move to a restricted region, trading features may become unavailable, but you keep access to your funds. You can withdraw or export your keys at any time.
What if my region is detected wrongly?
Contact support with your country and a description of what you see. See the Help Center home for how to reach us.
Trading involves risk. Agents can lose money, and leveraged perpetual futures can lose value quickly. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Only trade what you can afford to lose. See Leverage and liquidation.
